Funnily enough its not guns and alcohol that don't mix.....its sports and alcohol !!
its actually certain sports and alcohol which dont mix, i have been witness to my old man and then myself drunk at rugby games for years along with the rest of the crowd and never see any problems.

I believe it is down to the type of people who attend these events which can turn it sour. So instead of banning alcohol at events how about we name and shame the poeple who startaed the fight if known and ban there asses

In a real sport not just the people starting the fight would be banned. Anyone involved should get the boot. Even if you can relate to their motivations. Period.

In footy, if someone gets tackled real nasty, I can understand why he tends to try and kick the offender. You still get a red card for that stuff though.
