Definitely looks like Lava. Look at the red, it's not a solid colour, more lava-like than camo. Ranjerz had custom Lava annoed Sonic Cyborgs back in 2004/5, and then moved onto red urban camo of the the 06 and 07 models. Seems like with the droid they've gone back to the Lava.

Looks like a lava camo then, because the darker red at the bottom, and the blackish thing look like a camo to me?
But I see what you mean about the main body of red
