the only thing i could think of, is to use small patches of netting over those holes, but then you have to use cable ties to tie them there ,

but if you used patches and cable ties the ties wouldnt have to pull as tight or you could use strong tread to hold the patch on wouldn't take any more time

just a note if your doing patches with tread use a plastic needle the type that kids use in nursey we wouldn't want you to hurt your ickle fingers

On the netting, Most of the shots I sore come over we're deflections off of baracades.

U should have been in the tower with me
Each field had a barricade near the tower and from game on people were fireing at them, blindly in most cases and shots were whizzing past me and i was 6-7 feet above the netting on the inside section. At first i thought i was being targeted and i was going to throw a few 1-4-1's about to put an end to it.
I soon worked out,what was going to happen and listened for the ten second shout from fields behind me so that i could duck below my own netting on the tower.

ps must have a word with field erectors and make sure there are no bunkers below the tower so i will know if i am being targetted
