sad day for Lincoln Storm (SOX)

This really is a sad day for us at Lincoln Storm. We tried everything to keep the team going after the hip cups of the last few weeks, but to no avail...


I cant wait to meet the deserters in a game soon!!! lol

It is always a shame when teams fold, but it happens all the time. There are always players moving to different teams, and there are a lot of players looking for teams to play with. At our training site we have players that train every week even though they haven't got a team together. You would be welcome to come down and maybe you could pick up some players there, you never know. You should stick at it anyway.

The support the team recieved meant that getting commited, talented, agressive players should've been easy, clearly not.

We've had some right battles over the last couple of years, and you've brought up some good players too and im sure that gives you plenty of joy seeing them do well for themselves now that they've moved on.

You should never begrudge anyone leaving to try an better themselves some teams can only go so far with the rosters they have an if they dont move up fast enough then certain players will be snapped up by bigger teams.

Unless you play this game for fun then your in to win and if thats the case you will take every oppertunity to move forward and win that you can which includes leaving teams an friends behind if they are truly your friend they will understand and not hold a grudge against you.

If they do hold a grudge then its because there jealous they aren't moving up the ladder as you are and were hoping that if you stayed you could help drag them up with you. Don't be the jealous type just try an get as high as your abilty will take you and be happy for those who get higher that you call or called your friend once.

well that quite frankly, is just wrong. Players aren't just motivated to move teams because they aren't moving forward.

Players mostly leave because they have no loyalty. They want everything for free and they see moving teams as a way to make this happen faster. The grass is always greener on the other side. Unfortuanatly for them what they are promised is very rarely what they actually recieve, and as such they do it again and again.

If you leave a team, you should do it at the end of a season and not half way through unless there are some serious problems. You should be giving that team your everything at least for a season because you grow as a unit over the time and you start to win.
