I need some info ASAP, been looking on the forum and online but i cannot realy pinpoint it.

What firing modes are legal in UK? ie semi-auto only, any other modes that are legal ? ( Legal in the eyes of the law and not tournaments.)

I appreciate any feedback, we're trying to liberalise the use of paintball Markers in Malta, and the local law seems to be heavily based on the British law, since we are an ex-colony.

Ok thanks a lot guys. Our aim is to basically liberalise the use of Markers. At the moment the law states that a marker must be licensed just like a fire-arm. Hence you must pay a yearly fee. It's not expensive, it works out to about GPB 22.00 per year, but as you can imagine all the paper work makes owning a marker a hassle. Not to mention that the marker must be approved by the Police ballistics section!!! We're trying to promote paintball here and these laws are a pain the the backside.

On a different note .... would any British teams travel to play a tournament here?

good luck with the liberalisation process tho! its good to see ballin is getting bigger and more worldwide! ramping has issues in walkon days, or rec days, because it 'helps' people get to 15.4 bps by being very technological in its process! full auto is illegal here like everyone says! hehe i have seen a karnivore go 54bps dryfiring on auto and to be hit by that would possibly hurt!!!!

thanks
