So is Nick & Kris and the other guys no longer playing for RDX? Thought you guys had just secured sponsorship from Planet a few months back? They all gone off to new teams or something?

Cheers

Dave

5 of the guys wanted to form a new team
ste preston
mike hamilton
Joe brooks
Rob Jenkins
John Mcquark (sp)

This team will do well in the future, my understanding is that they are securing some major sponsors at the moment and are ready to storm the UK scene in the future.
think they are just training at the moment
Best of luck to the guys

the rest RDX
Cube
Jud
Nick
decided to stay and work on the squad
they have taken on some excellent young players.
when i saw them play i was impressed!!
Think they are just introducing the players to the tourney scene
one things for sure once the young guys have the experience RDX is gonna be a much better team than it was before
Best of luck to you guys as well :D

As for me
I decided i needed a clean break, I've been there from the start of the Team. :)
Being at uni i didn't really want to get into the politics again but just wanted to play and rip it up :D ( like when you first start)
When Blakey offered me a place on Sad 's squad, i decided it was time to move on
I'm already feeling confortable in the squad and they are a top bunch of guys, with so much promise its untrue :)
and there you go
kris

this is just me speaking and my point of view :D

team quest

sorry if this offends you guys but this series was aimed at the new comers so as not to fighten them off.

RDX

sorry to here about that guys
had the pleasure of playing you on numeroius occassions lasts season and the team play well together.
wasnt the camping in freezing conditions at wittion in october that caused the split was it?

good luck for this year dude anything we can do to help just give us a shout...

QUEST..

come on its your turn to put me in my place!
The rdx guy's as has been said above have all but begun again so it is only fair to give them the chance at the novice level. The Quest team is a YG squad consisting of new players who gain advise and support from the main Quest teams and thus it's only fair to give them a chance to play the series. As the rules for KOTH dictate if a team wins 3 legs of the KOTH they are not allowed back to play (although they do gain a free entry into a leg of the MM), so if a team is to good for the level of play they will soon find themselves unable to enter KOTH.
I hope this explains some of your concerns, but keep the feedback coming as it is you the players that we wish to see shape both the MM and KOTH series.

It looks like the 2nd King of the Hill event is going to see a few rematches, and do I detect a few rivalries creeping in.

Teams expressing an interest so far include:-

The Current "Kings of the Hill",
from Birmingham - Team Spank

Challenging them for their title,

form Darlington - Point Blank Hotshots.
from Codsall - JSM - Rough Diamonds.
from Staffordshire - Quest B.
from Isle of Man - Epoch I.
from Isle of Man - Epoch II.
from Birmingham - Cannonfodder.
from Kidderminster - Park Rangers.
from Manchester - Inferno yg.
from Manchester - RDX.
from Nottingham - Sub sonic
from Wolverhampton - Bad Touch yg.
from Cambridge - Apoc yg.
from Shepton Mallet - Jabberwocky.
from Leicester - Rebel.

Sad UK, and NoXcuse will be providing the marshals.
On that note I would like to thank the six teams that are currently sponsored by the Midlands Masters, for their help and support, making this tournament series a reality. I would also like to thank Jim & Tim from Activ8, John and Steve at Paintball Park, and Jamie at NPG Uttoxeter.
JSM Engravers for the quality trophies, and All at Diablo direct for the devilishly fine paint.

The next event is a few months off, but if you would like to play a novice only event, then give us a call.

Thanks one'n'all
