not having a go at JP, because I have ordered from them in the past and found them to be a good enough company.

however, email enquiry response is non existent.

Its ok.. It was like a month ago so its ok really... Things have happened & I cant changed that though I ended up buying a 2nd hand pants instead with slight damaged on it where I can actually get a brand new one if i just add £8....

The problem arouse when it was not only me having to wait for the refund to come in but also a member of this forum whom I bought the 2nd hand pants from. I didnt have spare cash to pay the guy sooner at that time.

I'm terribly sorry that I'd have to post a thread that have put a bad reputation on your company :( Honestly I dont mean to although it did put even a bit of bad reputation... :(

I post that thread as to share my experience & see what other people's opinion, whether I'm the only one having the problem or are there other ppl having the same experience...

My mistake for putting the 'thumbs down' icon on the title so I apologise. But I've edited the title & put a 'bulb' instead that hopefully means 'opinions' :confused:

I'm just hoping that I will not have anymore problems when dealing with JP & I really do hope that I will still be able to make purchases on your company.. And continues to recommend your company to my mates... Obviously ppl love free shipping!! :D Please dont bann/blacklist me or smtg :(

p/s: I say again, no harms intended to the company :( And many thanks to Gill for trying to sort things out.

I would suggest that JP's website has to be updated on a regular basis & payments online should not be accepted/processed when the store doesnt have the items ordered in stock... (assuming that they can reject the payments??? :confused: )

Personally, 95% of my experiences with just paintball have been good..

but my only complaint with them is their website.. there constantly advertising stuff they dont have in stock!!

it does get frustrating when you place an order and have to ring them a week later only to find out its out of stock!!!!

JP really need either a "stock ckecker" button or have their site updated more regulary..
