The point, Bags, is:
A) this is a UK-centric "problem"
B) I can't for the life of me figure out why P8ntballer is the unofficial Better Business Bureau (or whatever y'all call it over there) except for the passive--aggressive element and the "payback"
C) it's probably just me but I'm beginning to feel about these whining complaint threads the same way I feel about the public thank you threads (which are usually deleted since their typical purpose is to bask in reflected glory.)

At Just Paintball we've always asked people to get in touch with us if they have problems with orders rather than sticking it all over forums - this is very damaging for us - (as you can imagine) - and we are running a business.

At this time of year we always have supply problems because the old 05 ranges are being phased out and the new 06 ranges are coming in.

I've always supplied my email address as a route for anyone to get in touch with me directly with any problems. If something hasn't arrived, if it's the wrong colour, etc. - then Andy or Simon will be able to rectify the situation - it will just be a mistake and I'm sorry if anyone has received an incorrect order - I know it's annoying. If Andy or Simon can't sort out your order - or don't seem to be sorting out your order for whatever reason - please get in touch with me directly on gill@justpaintball.co.uk or ring and ask to speak to me so I can find out what's going wrong.

We ship so many orders every day that there are always going to be some errors. I'm sorry about this - we're trying to be perfect. It's always the case though that the good service is never publicised as much as the mistakes - but it's the mistakes that are the most damaging. Again, I'm sorry you are SO annoyed that you've given us a public slamming. It always guarantees a thread full of "me toos". :(

Baca Loco mentions "payback" :confused: - . We hear a lot of "if you don't sort out my order I'll put it all over the forums". I can understand why people say this - it's bl&&dy annoying to not get what you've ordered - or to get the wrong thing - and it probably doesn't help my saying - "we get hundreds of orders and sometimes mistakes happen" but I'll say again - sometimes mistakes do happen but please give us a chance to sort them out.

I haven't got your real names so I can't look into your orders. If you mail me this morning I'll have a look.

If you do have any problems with your orders then please contact us - no one on these forums can sort them out for you - I CAN.

Again, I'm sorry to have p*ssed anyone off. Please get in touch with me.

Can only speak from personal experience. Bought a fair few bit's and bob's from JP. Never had any problems, Pricing really competive and free delivery means what you see is what you pay. Had one order slightly delayed due to a stock problem but nothing major. All in all a really Good company, as i say just based on my personal expericence. And something to bear in mind is that when you guy's had problems you could get in touch with someone to sort, some online companys you're lucky to ever get any comms.

I think these threads can be very useful even though a bit 'whiny' they do what they set out to do which is get an almost immediate response from a company that has allegedly not been responding before..I've bought from certain companies (no names) who have consistently not bothered updating there websites and haven't sent me goods when they were due.. only for me to find out the goods were out of stock when ordered and no one even had the courtesey to phone me and tell me this (especially as they ask for a contact number with the payment details).....of course mistakes happen but you are after all running a business so should provide a high level of service no matter how busy you are ...

Im not aiming this at Just or Just Gill personally im just having my time to whine ;)

It's always useful for us to get feedback and I appreciate it.

It's also useful to get a kick when we're not up to scratch and it makes us better.

More importantly though I want people's orders to be correct and for them to get what they've ordered.

I agree. Big deal, if it goes up on the forums. Paintballers are notoriously loyal to PB shops and if i bought from JP this wouldn't affect my decision.

I dont, mind, but thats cause ive always bought from planet since the start of time.

I would like to say that I have allways found the guys at Just Paintball to be very efficent in what they do nice people, friendly service and allways with the baller in mind.

I allways used to say when running sites that if the customer had a good day they should e-mail my bosses and let them know, I then used to say that if they had a bad day they should definately e-mail my bosses and let them know. Companies will allways make mistakes but airing them on these forums is not going to get you anywhere apart from wasting your time posting your thread, when in actual fact you should have spent the same time e-mailing the company and getting them to sort it out.
