So I order a case of paint "next day delivery" on Just Paintball on Thursday the 8th of june so i would get it for my game on the 11th. It arrives on Monday the 12th June and I have to spend money on on-site paint cause it took 4 friggin days to come.

I've had problems with just paintball, there TERRIBLE at delivery dates...

Paid extra for next day delivery, ordered TWO days before it was suposed to arrive. Still didnt come in time. Waste of £5...

They seem to do this too often, ring Jill and get a refund, its probably 'cause they can't get it!

I don't think it's the money thats the issue. At the end of the day, his wife was promised that the order would be there for his birthday and it wasn't. She was obviously upset about this. Companies shouldn't make promises they can't keep. Personally i've had no real problems with Just, though delivery times are abit sketchy.

I agree with Beanbag83

I think in general, where i can, i collect as sometimes it isnt the shop at fault, normally Royal Mail.

Even though I have heard horror stories about Just & Gizmos delivery times, i personally have found them to be very good, although the service from Planet, Shogun and Sloth have been exceptional so i stick with what i know will be good.

Sorry to hear of your bad experience and im sure Just PB will try to resolve this even though its missed the big day - Happy Birthday btw

I think the problem is that just paintball take orders for things they havent got in stock, infact they dont have anything in stock, they have a website with pretty pictures on and only a few squigee's and a box of paint out back. Anything you order has to be ordered by them and by the sounds of things they'r not very organised about it atall because warped do the same with some of thier stuff but they always have it in on time without fail.
