I think I'd have preferred "Manufacturers shouldn't want to do it, and don't" Maybe it's purely semantic but your version seems to have some, what to call it, wiggle room involved.;)
No, No wiggle room here, my inference was that manufacturers should not do it, or want to do it. One can't be 100% certain about the 2nd part.

We still need a clear way to make the determination first. Only a real sucker would take the bet on terms you could make up later.
So lets work it out. What you scared of?

I thought your name was Missy.
You're a cruel man sometimes. After all those things you made me do you want to diss me like that? Shame on you Senor Loco!!

When you told me your all time fave was Xena, Warrior Princess I just assumed you might be able to appreciate Army of Darkness. Apparently not.
Xena is a hot lesbian warrior. Missy likes!

NPPL Official Statement

Worldbreaking news!

NPPL has now made a official statment regarding the Final game between Joy and Dynasty in Comanders Cup.

This turn things around and its now very clear the refferies made some big mistakes in the final game Joy vs Dynasty.
The statement very unique and brings a lot of justice for Joy Stockholm, its just sad the rightful winners did not get their crown in Orange County.

"NPPL Official Statement
Commander's Cup 2006 Final Pro Game San Diego Dynasty v Stockholm Joy 8th December 2006.
NPPL Ultimate Dave Zinkham has carefully studied the situation and held lengthy
discussions with players from both teams and match officials and has made the
following Suspension Review.

1. The Stockholm Joy suspension will be lifted.
2. At no time did any Joy player shoot after his armband was removed.
3. Brian Cole will receive a warning for shooting after his armband was removed.
4. Alex Fraige will receive an official warning for physical contact."

better than a kick in the teeth though, it's good that they've acknowledged the mistake, even if it had to be forced by the team and supporters which it seems has happened...

when that English ref handed 3 yellow cards to one player in the world cup, His tickets were booked and arse on a plane before the end of the match.
