No, i didnt defend anyone, i merely asked what this post was designed at doing.

The one thing i really hate about paintball, is the politics. If Boomer said he was going to apologise, then why could it not have been left at that? There are plenty of people who have not apologised in the past, and an apollogy takes guts. Once Pete spoke to Boomer, it should have been left at that.

We are all trying to build bridges that have been burned in the past, by people nothing who now have nothing to do with the sport. This thread will do nothing but inform a load of people of something that happened A YEAR AGO, and which nobody even knew about. Why drag it up after all this time, especially after an apology has been offered?

I fear that this post will do far more harm than good, and will return the 'balling sene to how it was a few years ago A back stabbing political nightmare rather than what everyone is working towards.

Why bring this up now, a year after it happened?

I can also say that Robbo is a very nce and caring person.
He's been trying to get me on the Nexus team for a while, and even though I said 'no thanks' he still didn't lose his self-control, and if he can exercise that kind of restraint when getting that big of a slap in the face, he can do no wrong

Personally i think that this will only harm relations between two teams, which were strained in the first place.

We were supposed to be working together in many aspects of paintball, i guess this thread has put an end to that.

It is a shame that this has been publiscised. As it happened over a year ago, and nobody had seen it/mentioned it.

There is too much boll@cks in UK balling, too much politics. rather than helping each other out, a la USA, everyone seems out to stab each other in the back.

First off, this ain't got fcuk all to do with politics and has everything to do with some slag of a man who talks **** about me.
This was personal betwen me and him, you have made it political and inter-team by getting 'invovled'.
A personal apology can never be enough as you seem to be missing my point, he slags the **** out of me in public but wants to apologise in private !!!!!!

I have posted this now because I have only just had this drawn to my attention.

And as for it doing more harm than good, then if I was you, I would think long and hard about having some pr!ck like this playing for you guys !!!!!!

His apology didn't take guts ffs, he had no frikin choice, what takes guts is for him to have gone back on that site and posted a qualifier.
After all, he did tell me what a great guy I am after I had apprently spoken to him at some event.
He was so quick to lie and talk **** about me but never went near the site when he had changed his views about me, that would have taken guts Sam not this.
Sam, there is no mileage in you getting involved in this !
