Hey, I contacted Mr D.Mason about advertising in May 2003 and September 2003 and have failed to hear anything either times.
Im not saying moving across the old data would be easy, nor was I first to comment of the idea of using phpBB first. I was merely stating that it would help under high server loads.

Your comments re. phpbb - no worries, for the record I understand what you're saying, we're just trying to aviod any further workload at present, that includes even trying to understand all the issues in transferring a board let alone doing it!
As for your previous emails re. advertising, well what can I say, I can't seem to find anything. This isn't to say you didn't send any, however, I just can't find a record.
So lets start again, especially as the wifes now gone for good, my phone is waiting your call.....I'll even throw in a bit of discount, now you can't say fairer than that!
On a different note, (John C) we went with VB originally because at the time (a few years ago) we felt it was the best product for the job - phpbb wasn't in the same league then
