There are teams that played in DIVs 1, 2 and even Div 3 at CC which have players who have played at pro level. Some of these pro players are also among the best players in te world at the moment.

What satisfaction can a team possibly have in participating in an event at a level that is clearly not appropriate for the ability and experience of the team??

Why, with the players thay have, do they not jump at least one division?

And finally, is this an issue that the Millennium Series SHOULD be seeking to address, or do you think it's OK to do this?

Rules do exist that regulate the movement of players between teams and divisions in the MS. (Elsewhere as well though not between the various big leagues.)

1 player doesn't make a team. If Olly Lang played on his own, against ANY of the div3 teams atCC, he'd have been raped. 4 or 5 is sandbagging. 1 is just being creative.

all teams do it now we had 2 players to help out cos some of are players couldnt do cc

oh come on div 3 was full of ringer's and has been all year to what i have been told.

If you play in a higher div you should not be aloud to play in a lower one even if you have been dropped from your pro team.

only my point of view but is unfair on the new people to the game

other than that what a top event even though we got a spanking

i think players playing 1 div down is maybe acceptable but div 3 teams fielding pros is absolute crap, if this is not addressed this will become a bigger problem than it already is. is the silverware that important when you know you've acheived it with a distinct advantage.

Yes, pretty much. If you didn't play, you've got nothing whatsoever to complain about. Yes there were teams there with out of div players, so the hell what??? 1 or 2 out of seven makes very little difference. If you'd played it, you'd know that. Everybody tries to get the best players they can. If I happened to be pally with a couple of pros, I'd have asked them to play for us. How the hell do you think teams get better??? Largely by recruiting better players!!!
