I strongly recommend you send a written letter to YouTube, explaining your grievance and detailing why they should take the scandalous videos in question down.

Because I got bored and have a day off work....
filmed a year or so ago in my garden. Mate of mine wanted to feel what it was like to get shot, i obliged. Note the nice warning shots at the tree over the top of his head to freak him out at the start.
Fully consenting, wearing goggles, i hadn't had a drop to drink (at this point) and he learnt a valuable life lesson.
You'll be pleased to know that now he's learnt to dress himself and grown his hair to a less festive length.
