Teams and players will be late as always (probs some refs too)
yeh....
Usually gets dark about 4pm on the site, so really need to start sharp so as we get all the games in. Chris told me to be onsite for 8 :-S Am really lookin forward to it tho
Totally Superb day, really really enjoyed it! Was a great turnout and plenty of good teams to play.
1st - Teabags
2nd - Mad Monks
3rd - Venom
Not quite sure of the rest of the results and other trophys but i am sure somone will post them later with fotos etc.
Really was lots of quality teams who plays excellent and great sportmanship shown. The refs were spot on making calls as always, without being over keen to pull people out for spray etc.
Was suprised fusion 1 were not top of the table we played a blinding game against them in the afternoon that was a stalemate, they were really hard to beat!
Also well done to all the people who won the raffle prizes, didnt realise there was that much stuff!!! Think there must have been about 15 prizes and all decent stuff!
Best game of the day for me personally was Monks vs Teabags. We play against each other regularly and know each others game inside out so it was always going to be close, we really had to pull all the stops out. I think every member of the monks shot about 4 pods and hopper 1 or 2 even more, the most paint we used in any of the games all day. We managed to shoot them all out with 3 players left (chris + a 1 for 1 - good call refs as it was smack centre on his hopper he just didnt realise and played on), and singer hung the flag, the game ended and the ref shouted singer over and showed him the stop watch..... 2 seonds left in the game!! Pleased it was singer who had to do the sprint (fittest guy on the team) coz me and jonny were shattered, i know i could only have managed a brisk walk at best!
Now i just really cant wait till the next 1, and seing you all there !!!!!!!!

No games were easy for any team and the teams that got lower point all made the higher placed teams work their socks off !
Best Sporting team for newly formed "Rapture" with backing from Frosties.
Best Player of the day "Mini Monk" Singer Jnr !
Listings will be on website in next day or two including the monthly chart and point scoring.
We also need a list of all team players for each team please.

One small complaint from me i'm afraid though. Chronos are not cheap items they are their for your safety and others. We rely on you guys to treat them with respect. On the odd occassion they get the odd shot on them, but that is from the front. I'd like to say to the fool or the idiot who shot the hell out of one of them from the side thank you. You managed to take the paint work off and leave dents in the side. If I have to replace a machine like this everytime we have an event then the likes of the raffle will not be held ! Luckily this one does work, but it should not have been treated like this.
