Ok folks for safety and for the good of the NSPA court the first Ionman event has been moved from the NSPA to Universal Paintball. The event we hope will run as normal from then on ie Feb woods March Air April woods. But as you guys know the British weather does sometimes have it's say as in what happens. We can only appolgise for any hassle this may cause, but even though I have been called mst things I am not God and it can't be helped.

We are currently confirming with all other teams booked that they will be still playing the event. So there should be plenty more teams to add to the list. But we do have to confirm with them the changes.

Also Mr Gassy from PGI is still a confirmed guest ref for the Ionman series. We also have Gilly and Anthony from Uk refs on site reffing as well.

Going to be a great day and fun for all involved still, just a small change as to where it is.

Wud hate to start with predictions BUT i have to ...... after talking to people on msn......

If not i will go for a each way bet has to be worth somik coz the teams thats entering are great teams, the likes of the fusion 1st team are a really strong team and the last ionman (as captain) adviced my team to play for a draw!

I like confidence, and you have it in abundance!
But two things the Manchester Lions only ever come first and never play for a draw because you only get the same points as a loss.
It could be advisable if you are playing the only team who can beat you and it is the last game but if I tell the Lions to to do it they are like fish out of water and do not enjoy the game at all.
Draws only help other teams, very rarely the ones playing.
