P.S If you ever try and run a ion on C02 i will personally come and bitch slap you. . Get a preset which isnt much more than c02 nemore cept mite find some sites cant fill them, but generally thye dont allow you to bring your own gats neways

for what its worth, if you get an ion, particularly a partially upped 2nd hand one, you can have fun upgrading/personalising it and have a really good gun to play with at the end

always remember to take care of it though ie regular maintenance
i know that my ion flat out rips, really quick, efficient (7 pots and a halo or more off 4000psi = 1200 shots, no QEV as of yet so that may increase if and when i fit one) and consistent over the chrono plus its about half the weight of my eblade

ive only fired 1 egg full off though so far, but its awesome, even at stock..

im looking forward to upgrading mine and showing it a little TLC.


NOTE:- before buying it, i read about people saying they were poorly put together, almost rushed..

i can confirm this, when i unscrewed my inline reg, there was loads of swarf there on the threads and by the in line filter

Hya... I know the ion is 1 hell of a gun for its money but theres one BIG problem with them. Iv heard you cant fix them yourself and you have to take it to smart parts to get it done. Is this true??? cheers
