I dont like smart parts but given the choice of the Ion, Mini or SLG.
It has to be the ion every time.


Yes the feedneck is terrible, as is the overall build quality. Quite a few bits need to be replaced.
But the way the Ion works is really quite clever. Its infinately simpler and less finnicky than a mini or SLG.


Proof of that is that planet started making their own Ion this year, called the Geo.

Just to let you know, i got won over by the Mini in the end, so i went out and bought it with a halo b, 3000psi tank, e-vents and pod pack. Looks like im all set, bring it on !
