hi, i have alreadly ordered a trigger for my ion and was wondering what other upgrades i could get to make it look better and perform better cheers

QEV - quick exhaust valve, makes the marker more efficient but its not an easy mod, so maybe leave that one.



Clamping feedneck - instead of the stock feedneck which is hard to fit hoppers in and the orings fall out, get a clamping feedneck that either screws tight or has a clamp on it to hold your hopper in.

I would seriously get a new feedneck (Smart Parts Q-lock is awsome). Last time I played I guy with a Ion couldn't get his egg to stay on. I think he ended up duct taping it on.

the qev mod is well documented on pbnation. I did mine and found that it was more consistent, and gave more shots per fill

Just out of interest (and i can't be arsed looking round for info) do you need a special type of QEV to do the mod? Can it be done with the QEV's used on cockers?
