Good paint to use is this Proto stuff - nice bright Orange fill, quality shell.

the uea accomodation office should be able to sort you out if you go through the uni club, pm emo_kid as he is running it the uea end. will be something like £70 for 3 in a really nice room or just sleep on the grass.
James Lambert who I booked the site with has told me that the Proto will be £25/box.
