Hi guys,
Im the person that run things at Coventry Uni club
Had a lot of interest rec-ball wise its just the tourny bit is a bit harder
I am currently trying to make a 5 man team, had a bit more interest will hopefully get a bit further then just speaking about things, its just money thats a problem to most. (including me)
As for the person in Warwick, i thought there club still ran ?
Anyhow if there isnt, give me a shout - sure we could sort something out.

Steve, Coventry uni give me nothing. Ive been speaking with them and they just wont budge.

Keele Uni Team
Hi guys
We are getting a team from Keele University in Staffordshire sorted. We have had loads of interest (200 potential players in the paintball society!) Although most are more interested in the rec-ball side of things we have had interest from some good players about playing other universities in a sup-air tournament.
There are a few tourney players aswell at keele so we would love to take part in any tournament that is organised. We may be able to help with a venue if needed. We have 2 sup air fields at our site in Staffordshire and would be pleased to put them up for any teams who want to train or we could be a possible choice for holding a tournament.
Send me a pm or give the number a bell. If any help is needed in organising university teams we would be pleased to help.

Hi Supafly, I wasn't clear from your post: are you at Keele Uni & part of their club, or are you a local site owner helping them to get their club going?
By my estimate the sites only about 2 or 3 miles from the Uni, which should make it easy for Keele Uni to get into tourney ball with those sup'air fields. Looks like a good site by the way, i might have to send my recball guys up for a match and show you keele guys how its done.

Steve. Unreal paintball was opened up this year by myself and 3 other lads who all finished uni at Keele a couple of years ago. We have great relations with the students union and the current students and are sponsoring the paintball society on campus.
There are some really good players who have signed up, a fair few want to play rec ball but others have expressed high interest in getting a sup air team together and getting the chance to play against other universities.
We also approached Staffordshire uni and have had fair interest in getting a team together from there too.
Looking at previous posts there looks like there is a good chance of getting some teams together from the midlands. We would be glad to take part in anything that gets organised. We would also be more than willing to help in any way we can.
And we LOVE to see your rec-ball lads up here for a game. We are drilling our team at the moment and have moulded them from butter into evil paintball maniacs. Bring it on!

Cool, nice to see sites helping uni clubs to get going. Should be good for all concerned. Has the club formed a committee yet, and would you be able to PM a contact for them? About getting a club going at Stafford i spoke with a guy called Nathan last year, when he was trying to get something going. I don't know whether he did in the end, do you know of him.
I'll speak to our Trip-coordinators at Monday's committee meeting about having a match against Keele Uni. BTW do you guys have high pressure air on site? Tanks or compressor?
