half second is A LOT. The NPPL rule is 250ms which is long enough that it seem like the shot comes way after you pull the trigger. I tested it different values and I can start noticing that there is a delay at about 100ms (1/10th of a second).

I'd set the rule to 250ms since it's the same as NPPL and I believe all the boards (at least stock ones) comply with that at the moment.

This rule is almost impossible to check though, but the gain of putting it higher than 250ms is almost non existing so I don't think any body really needs to cheat on this.

Why would buffering more than one shot be illegal btw as long as the last ball is shot within the 250ms limit from the last pull?

I pulled the half-second out of the air. I had no idea that NPPL had the 250ms rule and since they do it sounds good to me.

More than one shot coming out after trigger release turns a PB marker into a firearm in some jurisdictions because then it has gone beyond the semiautomatic limit.

Where did you find the NPPL rule? What is their rule for stacking/buffering shots?

Thats what Dave Zinkman (sorry if the spelling is way off) told me. I don't believe it's in the rulebook though.
