I've read about getting paint to "skim" round a curved bunker, and managing to hit the guy behind it by it following the curve and hitting him. But again, even trying that you'd only be shooting at the very edge and not the centre of the bunker.
is it possible that ONE of the reasons sup'air bunkers were made.
so it would absorb (sp) the impact:
therefore cleaner bunkers
and less sillly eliminations?

I think that shotting the centre of a baricade is a complete waste time effort and most important of all...MONEY
If I hear paint on the front of my barricade but can't see it coming down the sides then whats the harm in putting your head out to have a look? The guy who's posted on you obviously can't shoot you or he would trying for the side of the barricade instead of the front!?!?!?!
