It's not always as black & white as it sounds.......

Besides, I usually play back / mid, so I'm normally slinging the most paint. Like Troggy says, majority of people stay behind they're cover while it's being hammered, allowing the front player to move easier.

As for shooting the bunker...

We often use it as cover for a mugging, players who don't / can't snap shoot properly rarely seem to come out of the barricade if it is being hammered.

He's right. Shooting the barricades is just a form of surpressing fire.

If a person is behind a bunker, and sees splatter flying past them, they are reluctant to poke their heads out, let alone their markers.

Whilst their heads are down, you can either keep the fire on and move up, or just be a base of fire whilse other team members move to flank that surpressed possition.

my reckoning is

as being on the recieving end of bad calls from marshals and watching it happento other players, the simple sollution is that Bunkers need to be wiped down after every game, if not to stop false Eliminations being made, atleast to stop arguements on the mattter, because if a marshall knows %100 that the field is in tip top shape then he's gonna be more confident in the calls he makes

theres my 2cents
:D

yatesy

kiss my face
i dont think everyone understands what dickwald is gettin at.......

why do baricades have paint all over them, in theory they shouldnt cause people would be shootin at the sides or above where the player might come out and then they would get hit, they're not goin to suddenly materialise on the center of the other side of their barricade, which some efforts would have you believe hence a barricade covered in paint. and in a PERFECT world this would not happen

wow sometimes i confuse myself:D

yes....there, sed it.

in a perfect world there should be no paint on bunkers cos ppl would be shooting perfectly just past the side or top waiting for a guy to stick is head, hopper, gun or whatever out.

Also!!!!!! shooting a bunker is not supression fire, jeez. if you hear paint hitting your bunker, but its not flying past the side then get out and shoot the fool!!!
