On the right hand side of the impulse there is a small like grub screw near the back end.

1.) what does this do??

2.) can u get replacement screws??

3.) i gather its something to do with the air flow as it pisses out with air when its not in there.

:( bloody damn pod bitches been playing with my gun. Wasnt me sir honest!!

It is where a transfer passage was drilled through to the solenoid port. The grub screw in there should never need to be removed. Furthermore, as you've found, if you have removed it air will piss out of the hole and nothing will work.

Unless you have a source of small American-threaded grub screws, get thee to Smart Parts and get them to stick a new one in there with some loctite.

EDIT: Last time someone did this, they thought they could use the hole for an air assist a la old-skool Shocker. Not on an Impulse, you can't.

Well i had this problem. It was already leaking?!?!?! so i thought hmm ill take it out loctite the mother ****** and then put her back in. Yeh well that didnt work as it was partly loctited already so the obvious trick is wind her in then out agen. The damn thing just dropped threw.

So it is possible to replace this at smart parts?? If so ill be visiting them soon me feels. :p

p.s I still blame the pod bitch dickyharris8925
