have you removed solonoid yet? if not remove it & strip & clean it,when you rebuild it only use a very very small amount of dow on the spool "o" rings or it will possibly stick,according to a post on IOG the manufacturers of the solonoid have said they are designed to run dry with no lube http://www.impulseownersgroup.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=32396&highlight=fsdo

but i don't like that idea so i use a very little amount so its clear & not pink

You havent blown the solonid, unless your jackhammer lpr alows you to turn it up over 200psi,

nothings working. i spoke to the guys at new designz and they said it sounds like a clog in the lpr so i can send it in and they'll take a look at it for me
