can he hear solonoid clicking?
Have you had a listen to it?

When you take it apart be careful but if you leave it gassed up and press the white button on the solenoid to see if it'll fire manually.

What noise does the marker make when you try and fire it? (can you hear any air coming out of the marker?/ or does it sound like there no air at all?)
When you pull the trigger can you hear the board "Click" (if not its ya trigger cusing the prob)
Stupid Q, did he turn the gas/marker on? ;)

Cricket Board?
Input 175 psi?
New batteries?

Guess your dwell is to low...

Easy to adjust:
Increase the dwell to about 15 clicks from the bottom.
Turn LPR to it chronos about ~280 fps.
Lock ALL regulators inkl LPR.

In the future, use your dwell to low/high your fps.

If this does not work, check so that the dwell screw or buttons are intact.
