i saw a guy wearing i3's have have cut lip from a similar situation, but yea even with flexes i have been shot in the mouth and it has cut my lip from the big gaps.

but to be honest it is down to how comfortable they are and as long as they protect my eyes im happy.

Nice to see this mate as i can't give this kind of reply as i'm not even a year in.Started off with events which i like but don't cover below my chin (which i still use). Grillz the same. Looking at trying JT's as they look like a bit more coverage. Tried a pair of I4's way too small:eek:
Try my JT's next training mate I love them prefer them to my grillz at the moment.

The I4's look a bit to small for me aswell,

So did the paint gun under the mask or go through the grills?

how did it go, under your mask, I know it wasn't intentional.

This could happen with any mask, there for it doesn't make i4's unsafe at all.

My lad got shot just a bit further up from his upper lip yesterday at trainning after someone mugged him, and was wearing i3 pro's. It can happen with any mask you wear.
I dont see what the big deal is about, you get a lot more protection with masks nowadays compared to years back. As long as your eyes are protected which is what masks are for.
Taking a shot on the lip isnt half as bad as being shot in the throat.
