Definately not overfilled as I played the last two games with it without filling up.

Display does not shut off until the usual time has expired. No battery warning symbol either.

Are the readings all over the place, or steady at what you said. What does the output psi show.

Could be the hp sensor has failed, or the board needs resetting.

On Sunday, readings were all over the place.....

Today, tank psi is at what I've already said and the output psi is at 328 psi.

I set it initially on Sunday morning to 400 output psi BEFORE I filled the AIR.

I'll try restting it later today, maybe that will help.

Lps do the Dartford 7's, i'm at Bullys and the PA.

When you reset the board, make sure the bottle is totally empty.

this may be coincidence, but about half way thru the big game (the first time i filled my bottle from hpac instead of my dive tank) the reg on my AIR bottle (450 psi crossfire(i think, not had it long) preset) went absolutly batshizzle and started outputting @ 1000 psi + (the guage i tested it on only went to 1000)

now im not implying that it was hpacs new rig that killed it. but seeing as i had used the bottle on 4 other occasisons and filled it probably 30+ times , for it to go within 30 mins or so of me using hpacs new fill rig seems a little co incidental to me.

luckily the preset was still warranteed and its at LPS as we speak.

reminds me i must phone em tomorow, they have had it a while......
