I had that problem at UKM/KOTH with my pre-set on the 3000psi station. It took ALOT of work to get it on and off, at one point one of thre H-PAC guys helpfully filled it from one of the 4500 rigs for me.

Gotta agree with Pinki (first for everything ) the fills at the weekend are from the same rigs used at the EXL and did appear to fill slower than at these events.

I have to say I had no major problems with the rigs at all. One of the connectors did have a bit of trouble getting on my nipple but the other 2 were fine. Also on my first fill I did get a pressure drop after a bit which, like Alex says, was probably due to it becoming a bit hot during the long first fill. After the first fill I had no problems at all. The guages were a pain if you had more than one person filling 4500, but just look at your own guage on your reg and it was fine. Nice and simple.
It definately kept the queues down as you just had to push the lever and once you were full it auto dumped and away you go. If they want to reduce the flow rate then thats cool, will help with the first fill heating.

Just a quick comment on nipples
Guys, check your nipples! If the female end of the hose has a brand new bit on it, they have a lot less tolerance to burrs etc on your nipple.
Check the ribbed end of your nipple, if it looks slightly burred or uneven then that the likely cause. The nipples are Ally and the female bits are steel, so doesnt take much to put a burr on ya nips
