You cant really leave the hopper out if you have an electronic marker, unless you want to be firing 4bps...

Well for now I am only going to be using it for in the woods, so I don't want to hurt the normal customers too much :p

Hi,

The set-up you have so far seems good, as for goggles I would suggest a set of Proto axis goggles as they are a really good set at entry level prices. Personally I use nothing but Dye and Proto partly due to sponsorship and party due to liking the equipment, also any pair of dye i3's or i4's are great goggles but more expensive.

Not really your area but Rebellion train every month in Leicester for tournament paintball with players ranging from new to experienced, also from the site we train at there is a woodsball team running if thats more your thing. If its not to far and you are interested then contact me on here or solo69 (our captain) we are always looking for new players or even people looking to train. All the team are friendly and between us we have enough spare kit to cater new players so you could borrow kit if needed.

I can't think of any teams in that area but I am sure if you keep your eyes open on here you might see one or two.

Well we all started there, we have some players who have just joined and have never played a tourney like yourself so you won't feel too much out of place if you do come along. Next training is 21st Feb at the site and once / twice a month from then on. If you are interested then PM solo69 and he will fill you in on all the details I don't really pay attention just turn up and shoot where im told. If you do decide to come and havnt got all the gear like I said you can borrow bits and also try stuff out to see if you like different stuff.

This is a link to the site where we train which will have the address for directions to see if it is ok for travelling.

How much is it to come along?

Thanks!

Yeh not far at all from the M1 and pretty easy to find from there.

As for prices etc I will let John (solo69) tell you if he hasnt already as I dnt know lol I just turn up and run around. There is a green fee to cover filed rental and then paint if you need it.

Ok I have a Gun (PMR), Air Bottle(1.1ltr 4500 psi), Chest Protector(Proto) and hopefully a Jersey(Green lol). Speant 225 so under the limit so far and leaves me a bit for a mask and loader. I might leave the loader for now, beg, borrow etc :p for one to use!

And a mask should be ok to find, lots around!! Either E-vents or Grillz I have heard good things about!

And pants, if some come along cheap in my size i will have a look (everyone seems to be fairly large!)

Tournament sounds better now its not so expensive :)

Foot: I could probably get to milton keynes, how much would it cost me to come down (entry/paint etc), would people be able to set my gun up for me? :) and when is a good day?

Thanks all :)

£25 BYO
£50 inc 2000 stearling

both prices inc green fee to sabotage.

There will be people inc myself who will more than happy to set your gun up for you.
