The SP epiphany is nice, but from what I have seen they leak, but what guns don't after a while .

Vlad-X37, I understand why you posted this here, but you will only get poor answers and people wanting to sell you their leaky guns that they don't know how to maintain. Be very careful and try to do your own research by trying out the guns when you can.

i would probably go for the pmr....however with a £250 price range you could probably pick up a mighty fine ego

2nd hand PM6 is a nice 'in between' gat for your price range IMO.
By 'in between' I mean that the Proto matrix 06 is a much higher end gat than either the ion/epiphany or the proto rail yet not quite upto the standard/spec of an ego7/DM7 etc. They also happen to look/shoot/feel nicer than both in my humble opinion (I have owned both)

Edit: But they're nice guns and shoot well.. Only down about it is... You have to take off the reg to adjust the velocity, the PMR has the velocity adjust screw shown already.

Are you on glue?

Epiphany and PMR are probably about the same, go hold and try to see which one you like. Ephiphany is based on the ion platform so it is very easy to fix!

All you need is the back cap(I felt a little air coming out of mine, not a major amount..) and instead of the feedneck, get an on/off.

You do realise that air coming out the back-cap after every shot is the way that the PMR is designed don't you?
