Well, when I bought my marker at planet (cash) they made me fill in forms. If you order online.. then it's credit card mainly..... so over 18, not sure on switch etc....

Well rules and regulations should be publicly announced about paintball markers. They should all be used in a controlled enviroment.

Nice to get more info on this Jose,

Today when I was at Uni some of my leture mates asked me about it (knowing I do paintballing) and I did not know it had even happened, so when people who are out of the sport can find it out before me it just shows how bad this can be for the sport.

And the only thing I can think a use of a £40 plastic marker could be used for would be to throw in the bin, since you can get a spyder for £75 new or much cheap 2nd hand, so whats the point in buying crap when you can buy better crap :D
