being caught is not the issue. Some kids go and buy thunderflashes and injure themselves. Police want to know where they got them from. Turns out to be from a paintball shop.
Turns out shop sells illegal markers. Shop goes to court. Paintball is one step closer to be banned.

It's not illegal to buy them if you are over 16. It is illegal to send them through the post, they are explosives. Havoc paintball make no checks on who they are selling them to.

If a minor injured themselves after buying one from Havoc, Paintball would get a bad name and Mr Havoc would most likely visit the big house and get shafted by Mr Big
