I really dont want to say

my main point though is they sell faulty goods, everyone at my walk on site with a guerilla air system its come broken, it seither leaked or wudn't fill, i think i have the only working one, becasue it took me two months to fix it, these air systems are meant to be checked before they are sold, they sell faulty crap and shouldn't be allowed to

There checked and then sent to gizmos, not checked by gizmos. If they tested them, you wouldnt be buying a new product, and then you would be complaing about that.

well they're supposed to be guerilla's own wich is gizmos company, so its still their fault that they're crap and dont work
maybe there not, and there made by some mickey mouse firm, and pay them to have there name slaped on em. its possible.

but from what i just read i wouldnt buy one, id rather pay more and get a crossfire, at least id have peace of mind.

its like most things really, you pay for what you get, its very much lke that in electrical products.

used to work in a home cinema store, budget priced dvd players were comming back with faults, and very rare did a brand name like pioneer, ever come in for repair or was became faulty after purchase.

Why do threads like this always end up in a flaming of gizmos. There doing there best! There moving a whole shop man, give them chance. Its old news so shut up
Ok so they are moving shop, if that's the case ansd they can't provide then service then they should save their reputation by ceasing trading until they have moved !
But then again i used them twice last year and they screwed up both orders, so exactly how long does it take to move a freakin' shop. :(
I work in a parts department and it's hardly rocket science, an order comes in, you pack the box and send it to the customer. Da da !
If we don't have any parts then a simple phone call to the customer lets them know what's going on and let's them decide if they wish to carry on with the order.
We turn away business because we can't fulfil an order but we gain respect and repeat custom because they come back knowing that we tell them the truth.
Simple philosophy that they should adopt:rolleyes:

i cant fault any of the paintball shops on here, people flame them but then if they where doing the job of those of gill and all the people at plane and all the people at gizmos, they would whats the word......suck at their job!

iv never had any problems with gizmos and they have credit points system which saves me few bucks, so all stop flaming them, put yourselfs in their shoes, their jobs are slightly different to the paper rounds you flamers have.

in summary, poo happens but you get that everywere, im sure john travolta sent his plane back on more than one occasion becaause it wern't right for him, but hey,

WITHOUT SHOPS LIKE THESE WE WOULNT HAVE PAINTBALL, IF YOU DONT LIKE IT, IMPORT FROM THE STATES!!!!

Stop Talking Utter Boll**ks.
Just because they save you money so you don't have to import from the US is no excuse for selling defective stock, having lousy customer service and/or misleading customers into believe that they have stock when they don't. That goes for for all retail paintball outlets in the country as consumer laws apply to paintball shops just like any other shop.
One of the previous posts mentioned faulty air systems, with the recent incidents with exploding air bottle would you want to take the risk.
And if you buy something that you find is faulty as long as you send it back within a certain time period (30 days i think), then the responsibility is on the shop to replace it, not the manufacturer. You have rights to help prevent shops from ripping you off and you advocate letting them get away with it.

We have shops in the industry that have a good rep and yet make the odd mistake, which we can live and we have others that take your money and then make you wait for your goods, saying that they now out of stock, when they actually never had them in the first place and were waiting for sufficient people to order so they could put their trade order in.
Yes its hard to run a business, but its easier to make a fast buck if you can get away with it. Good businesses build up a good reputation through fair pricing and good customer service. You may say well nobody give those shops thier dues on these forums, I would say, and bet they believe, no press is as welcome as good press.
If you feel that a company has short changed you and you wish to warn other people about your experiences then do so, but keep it factual. We will all be sorry for you bad luck and at the same time thank you from saving us from the same mistake :D
