Gizmos have been alright for me, overall. Delivery was as they said, just 3 items that were "instock" had to follow, had to chase them up and after about 3-4 days and a few phonecalls, I had those 3 items.

Shouldn't have to do that, but its acceptable at least.

I have made 3 seperate orders from gizmos everything came with in 3 days i would certainly use them again. Customer service (email method) i thought was also very good.

"WHY"?
In this day and age of fantastic computing power, why can't they get their stock right? Why did you have to do the chasing? why did it take a "few" phone calls? why did you think that that's acceptable?

It really puzzles me that people accept this level of "NON"customer service and then go back for more?

Planet and LIPS get my vote.......you may pay a little more than some other tin pot company but at least you get customer service !

i have to rely on online sites for buying paintball equipment as i live in romford essex. and its a shame as there is no where around my area that sells paintball equipment apart from the little over priced shop at mayhem, and smart parts in bexley heath, which isnt really local for me.

i look on a lot of paintball web sites (uk) to see whats available what prices items are selling at ect. i just asked about gizmos because i had read negative comments about there service. and wanted to be sure weither to buy from them or not, reason being i was looking for a gun package for my nephew. and i found a very reasonable package. no other site i checked offerd the same deal or sold that marker on its own at the price they had it up for. i cant comment on gizmos as yet because i have never bought anything from there.

i must have about 20 uk paintball sites on my favorites that have the buy online option. i can honesly say i havent bought from all of them but the ones i have, have never given me any problems and always provied a good service.

i wish there was a paintball store in my area. it would be great to go into shop and have a proper look the product im buying instead of alway looking at it on a screen and or waiting for your items to be deliverd

im prob not the only one who would like a paintball shop in there area or where i am. theres prob loads of pantballers in essex who would love a store.

lots of sites but a small about of stores. my guessing its overheads rent ect.


or maybe i should look into opening one myself!(dream on! ) at least there wouldnt be no local competition. well not where i live anyway.

lmao no i dont work for planet mate im only 15 but i was getting so pissed off about ordering online, whereever i ordered i had bad look, my gun took 2 weeks to come from jsut paintball, all my guerilla things broke or came broken, fat bobs, well bloody hell, ordered it plenty of time before my coming walk on as i needed the stuff for then, promised next day aswell, took a few day or 2 then they still hadn't come, so irang them up, the mask wasn't in stock, so they said theyd ring me back, nothing had to ring the next day, oh yes blah blah blah, u want this mask in stead, yup blah blah blah blah, so can it be here by end of week, yes it will be with you tomorrow i can assure you, end of week came, NOTHING, missed walk on, took til lnext week before it came so planet is the only thing i use, can go dsown thre only an hour away or online ordering is brilliant, or i use the smart parts direct, they seem to be pretty good, deliverys a bit "OTT" though but im willing a couple of quid more and have no problems

Actually, they can't ship to anywhere other than the card holder's address, which is really annoying if you're like me and too lazy to change the card address after moving house.

my main point though is they sell faulty goods, everyone at my walk on site with a guerilla air system its come broken, it seither leaked or wudn't fill, i think i have the only working one, becasue it took me two months to fix it, these air systems are meant to be checked before they are sold, they sell faulty crap and shouldn't be allowed to
