I suggest you look in the Classified section on this website and see if anyone has one going second hand. An A4 for your first marker sems extreme to me but if you've got the money, hey! And enough people have angels (myself included) that if something goes wrong then there are enough poeple to help you out.

Definatly check the Classifed sections first though, might find a good deal. Plus you could get the whole kit (goggles, air etc) at a reasonable price.

try having a look at the classifeids, there are some pretty good 2nd hand guns about.

if you are on a budget best bet is cocker as these can be gradualy upgraded form standard to tourney spec over time.

i'd steer clear fo 98's or a5's as theres not alot you can do with those and very few people use them in tourneys.

I'm gona play devils advocate (sp) now and prob send this forum off track abit but..... get and Eblade :D . It makes sence, you know it does! There's usually some selling at a good price in the forums ;)

Since you're in the midlands it might be worth you coming along to one of the Uk masters/KOTH events. Its run by the SPC Fallen Angels (an all women team), doubt their looking for players but it might be worth having a chat to them. If you wana join an all female team, they may know some.

we have a lass on our team and there are plenty around,I saw one playing for the Park Rangers,Reading Wraiths(Vikki),Tsunami
to name a few...so there are a few around.

As for kit why not go along to an event(PA League is very close to you(just off M6,40 teams-good action all day) and check out what kit is around ...folks are generally quite freindly and will let you have a try out of their kit.. and the trade stands will let you look at their shiny things too!

Welcome to paintball.

I have an Angel LCD 2002. Lovely marker, Fast, accurate, reliable, CHEAP!! E-Blades are good if you have the money, but an arse to clean if you get a hit to the RAM!! Plus they are expencive! Angels for me all the way!
