I have to say £40 (+ pnp no doubt ) isnt that bad seen as you can have a totally unique shirt. there'd be no trouble of ppl recognising you & sparklies then

OK, I suppose I reacted without stopping to do the maths... I suppose if it costs £25-30 for most jerseys anyway, and £6-10 for lettering, it's not too bad after all.

Only problem is you can't be lazy and just say "yeah, I'll have a so-and-so shirt with my name on the back," you have to design the whole thing

you give them your basic ideas for colours ans designs on the sleevs, back and front and they send you a few desigans back from what u gave them

Did u say u got it done at a football-top printing place, or a normal printers? Like, when I ring up places to ask if they'll do it, do I need to ask for a special kind of printing?
