Geo + Bolt Not Moving

Finally got round to looking at this again.
Changed 017 NBR70 & 013 NBR70 & put in a brand new alkanline battery
re-lubed and still no difference
appears to me that the fron bolt does not want to move through the can at all, it takes a fair amount of 'pushing' before it goes through which doesn't seem normal to me?

So when the bolt and Can are assembled out of the marker,The bolt doesn't slide freely back and forth in the can?

It does until the front bolt o ring reaches the can then it will not freely move it needs some 'pursuasion'
