Hey guys iv just picked up a Geo +
I bought knowingit had an air leak
Replaced the manifold as it was cracked and the manifold gasket, wound the pressure back down and stopped the leak. Replaced the 14 x2 ,17 and the 18 o-rings round the can and it suddenly stopped firing (bolt not moving)
Had a reg tester on and pressure is around 115/120psi, battery is a brand new procell.
Since then all o-rings have been changed but still no change, bolt is not moving.
Dwell has been set to 14.5 (standard)

Anyone got any ideas as im at the end of my rag with it!

Cheers

Finally got round to looking at this again.
Changed 017 NBR70 & 013 NBR70 & put in a brand new alkanline battery
re-lubed and still no difference
appears to me that the fron bolt does not want to move through the can at all, it takes a fair amount of 'pushing' before it goes through which doesn't seem normal to me?

Not sure what orings you are describing but the usual culprit is the oring nearest the back of the bolt. Is that the one you changed?

017 is the inner can o ring and 013 is the front o ring on the bolt.
I'll change the rear bolt o ring and let you know

Yeah give that a try bud the oring at the front and middle are just bumpers i believe but i was having bother with my bolt at 7 man. the rear oring appeared absolutely fine but changed that out and it shot perfect.
