Football is a great example. How many people remember Italian football on channel 4? How many of you were disgusted at how much cheating/diving/etc goes on? Now look at your own football team - and see how much of the 'continental' game has now been included.

So now it's more "if you can't beat 'em - cheat 'em"!

And remember - it's not cheating until you get caught. Welcome to the dark side...

virtue boards /chips have breakout modes on them there very easy to get hold of (skeetmaster )- ive had 2 markers so far with this function and im getting a shocker board as i write- id never get away with using it in a tourney but i certainley dont want penalized because i have that board in my gun - it has a tournament lock function and 6 other modes including true semi, But it would be feasible to and pretty easy to use the cheater software - but i would expect someone to notice i had it on - Max loader - for the breakout .

if you have **** refs you have cheats.

Cheating is lame, and if you are not mature enough to stick to the rules of the game then you should go back to your XBox. Just because other people cheat doesn't mean you should. At this rate paintball skill will be more how to cheat than how to play!

You ever (and I do mean 'ever') played a game where nobody cheated one little bit? If your answer is yes - then they obviously cheated better than you thought .

If your happy plodding along at the bottom of the amateur ladder - that's fine - and who am I to try and stop you? But, if you want to rise to the god-like ranks of div 1/pro/semi-pro - you'd better learn that not everybody plays fair. They just don't admit it. ALL the top teams cheat the system - paintball or football or any other sport - it makes no odds. Just ask Roy Carrol or Ben Johnson. I bet they don't lose sleep over it - especially as their matresses are probably stuffed with cash.

Bending the rules and getting away with it is part of all sport - even chess! If you think otherwise - then I am afraid you are in a state of disillusionment (not necessaryily a bad place to be at times).

Yes bending rules... if you slide into a bunker and so there is no paint mark on your front even tho you felt it hit... who can tell if it bounced or not... that's bending.

Full auto is banned. Using full auto is not bending the rules. It is breaking them.

Paint mark=elimination. If you wipe that's not bending the rules. It is breaking them.

To be fair I was not thinking on the basis of football. Overreacting a foul is not cheating as far as I know. It is the equivalent of a footballer doing banned steroids in my honest opinion.

And yes, I do mean mature. People take winning far too seriously. Try rec-ball with a few mates. More fun because people don't feel the need to cheat, get shot, get over it. Same with cheat boards.

and if this is anyway aimed at me i dont actually use the cheater board in tourney . i dont see the point it makes me a less skilled player if i have to ,but as for cheating in general - i have had conversations with players at much higher levels of the game than me and they all do it - to a man - its not cheating untill you get caught
