there is a was board in that shocker, the first switch is the switch the trigger presses against. This is the trick, there is a second switch hidden in the rubber grips. When you apply pressure to this second switch it completes a circuit, and there you go a full auto board but when you take the pressure of this second switch the circuit breaks and it goes back to semi. Its called the 408 mod.
Its very easy to do if you know what your doing.

If crap like this carries on tourneys will have to take in guns long way in advance and check through them to make sure nothing like this is installed... getting OTT! 
To go back to Bolter's bit - breakout boards have been around for years in the states. The idea is so that you don't have to actually concentrate on firing when you break to your primary. The last one I saw goes FA for around 5 seconds after you let go of the trigger (holding it in before the break). This then gives you FA all the time you are running - so you just have to point your gun down field (or at the nearest marshall ).
After the 5 seconds - it reverts back to semi or 'ramp' (depending on what you told it to go back to).
Hard to find - unless the marshall holds down the trigger for 5 seconds - then lets it go - and how many are going to do that to every suspect marker? Especially as it's been firing legally for the vast percentage of the game.

Until it gets to the point where these are a serious issue and they check every gun for every possible cheat board... which will waste so much time!
Anyway who gives a monkeys what anybody else is using? Dont worry about what other people are doing, worry about your own skills. Full auto, bounce, ramping.......they still have to be good at an awful lot of things to be able to get you out.
