training on Saturday, a player tried to move up on me by getting to a low lie down........... he's six foot one and it was about two foot high.
Priceless watching him try to keep tight, I nearly got taken out I was laughing so much. If he'd been shorter, he'd have been OK.

ya to break it down all ya need is some agression and just take it out on the field and other players so it dosnt really matter ur size wieght hight or determination just agression lol
