This kid is a full on moron,

Although I have enjoyed reading this thread and think he deserves all criminal and parental arse whoopings coming his, I think a few things need to be considered, for those of you who don't know me I work in SEN School and I'm the past with adult with profound learning difficulties,
Now I regularly get called some unsavoury things, get the odd punch and kick throw at me and much worse but don't wanna kill your guys apatite anyway moving onto my point he is just a kid, and although his action are completely unacceptable and all action that has been taken are the right ones, it is important to remember that most of you guys are adults so threatening and throw so pritty bad insults your self at him is not really on, not trying to sound like some moral guru just don't think educated adults to should engage in flame war with some scumbag kid

Anyway hope everything gets sorted, everyone gets there stuff back and this kid get a serious wake up call

While I agree with most of what you say, my belief is if you're big enough to give it you're big enough to get it back.

I know Jamie has phoned and attempted to get recorded clarification from TNT (not t&t as he keeps saying), I believe it's Chris he is speaking with. However I also know he didn't get any kind of clarification.

I also know Chris has moved it along to TNT's internal security people for investigation.

I'm happy to provide TNT with any details I can from here.

I'm also happy to ask Robbo to get involved at this point as I'm quite certain he knows a few people in Birmingham who would be able to make a house call and explain the situation in person to Jamie's parents. They would also have the know how to look for the serial number on the marker. And no, I'm not threatening anyone with anything, I do mean quite literally some representatives from NPF or wherever could call and tell Jamie's mum what he's been up to.

If TNT have deliveried it to someones address,should they not have proof of delivery in a signature?Im also pretty sure that its a criminal offence to open someone elses mail without their consent,so Id imagine they would have sent it back the minute TNT contacted them.And,if TNT doorstepped it,surely they can also be held accountable for neglagence and be forced to cover the cost?I apologise if thats spelt wrong.
