Thanks for that, I am not really sure how the full headers will help them, the IP address should have been enough, but it is best to keep them happy if you want them to fix it.

I got this reply back from my ISP this morning:

This mail's sender address is shown as root@ace.servermatrix.com

DSVR's mail smarthosts (and some other mail systems) will only accept messages if they have a valid sender address in the SMTP envelope. Please contact the administrator of the sending computer and inform them of this discrepancy; they may need to configure root@ace.servermatrix.com so it works, or change the SMTP envelope.

So it does look like it is a problem at the forums end of the equation. Any chance of an admin looking into this and finding out if there is a fix available.
