yo TJ Lambini, Zone Genesis got through to the Semis and it was there very first millenuim event but got knocked out along with some other brit teams.

Just an idea.........
Don't want to come across as thinking the sun shines out of our a*ses, but the guys are doing a training weekend this coming weekend in Amsterdam. Now if enough people wanted to do the same sort of thing over here, maybe not a whole weekend, but also not just turning up playing games like most teams have done with pro teams, I'm talking a structured and defined training day, then we could speak to some people to arrange a venue.
I personally believe the guys are one of the most improved teams in Europe this season, and this is down to all the hard work they put in week in, week out at training. Anyone who watched their game against Nexus and Joy could see the value of this hard work.
As I said, just an idea.............its up to you guys.

think team snatch could do with some help to say the least so could you put us down on your list.
Will do, nothing set in stone as only just thought of this an hour a go, will get this weekend in Amsterdam out of the way and speak to a few people who run suitable venues and will post something on the contacts etc forum.

We may try to do a Tiger training day before the Euro-5man.

our standard improved over the 2 days. Granted we only won one game but as it was our first ever tournament we didn't even expect that much. I think a division 4 would have been a good idea to encourage more teams like us to arrive. we gave it out as hard as we could and took some points in each and every game, which for us was a big achievement.
we did have a couple of bad ref calls but at the end of the day i don't think they would have affected the outcome of our games.
generally the reffing was excellent and many thanks to all of those guys for helping to put us at ease.
also a big thankyou to those teams who encouraged us all the way, especially reign of fire, icelanders and jersey warriors.
anyway back to topic, the standard of play was generally very good, and fair which is important too. i feel that it is pointless having divisions if you are going to end up playing as many div2 and 1 teams as you do div 3 teams, but hey, we had a great time anyway.
all of the team just wanted to wish anyone we came in contact with all the best and i am sure we will see you at one or two of the smaller tourneys next year!!!!
