Surely the rule should be that if you make the podium of Div 3 you should move up? A 7th and 11th place are good results but maybe not good enough to get shoved up to Div 2?

The rules are always gonna screw some people over. As Troggy said, perhaps the Love should have stayed in Div 3 this year... Only trouble that you just know that they would have drawn the Chimps at Campaign and i know who i'd put my money on

Firstly - Nick - my apologies - or rather Birger my apologies

Secondly I couldnt care less about mathers - well I wouldnt if he hadnt insulted Liz - thats crossing the line

Some of my problem with these teams (and its not a 'problem') is that they are strangulating the newest blood.

Other teams I have some respect for and feel that they are better than entering Div 3 and could do themselves proud in Div 2.

In fact i have spoken to one of the captains today - he knows how I feel and I can see some of his reasons. We arent going to stop being friends over it but that doesnt stop us having a difference of opinion without resorting to insults.

The play 2 Mills in div 3 then you HAVE to go up to div 2 is no longer enforced. This was changed in this years rules along with a few other things (why who knows). So you can play div 3 for ever more under the new rule set

Right I keep hearing different things about the ruling. Last year was maximum of 2 millenniums in Div3 (Novice at the time) then you HAD to move up. But loads of people are now telling me that this has been scrapped this season?

Because I am a lazy crunt - anyone else fancy going off to find a quote from the rules. Depending on the outcome - I then have 2 questions:

1.If there is no longer any ruling of this kind, what are the millennium doing about such situations. They have spent an awful lot of time imposing bans on individual players in the way of promotion / relegation but it would teams are free to do as they please.

2. If there is a ruling - why the hell can the millennium not maintain their own rules!!!
