To make this hobby a sport maybe we should take it more serious. You don't see to many Footy Players looking all fat all over the place. So why not be Fit and give our sport a positive image by keeping ourselves FIT!
Surely doing weights and stuff makes you bigger therefore a bigger target.
Im a bit of a stick man but i can carry my marker and fire it, and cos im small i dont get tired.
So instead of doing weights, try taking up smoking.
