? If it's new (should be, they're only just out)and unfiddled then the best thing to do is call the place where you bought it, and it's probably best to do that anyway as HPA is not something to try and fix yourself if you aren't exactly sure how. That said....
Firstly- establish where the leak is coming from- is it from the area around the nipple or from the hole in the nipple itself? If it's from the hole then the nipple is dirty or has a damaged seal so it will need replacing or cleaning/rebuilding. If it's from the area around the nipple then removing it, carefully cleaning all threads making sure nothing ends up in the reg and then replacing it with a bit of loctite should do the trick. If it's leaking from either of those out of the box then it's faulty and should be returned, and if not then it's worth asking how did it come to leak and looking for a cause.
Sorry to flame a little but I've done a little marker work myself and the biggest cause of problems without a doubt is people sitting around bored and looking for something to do to their maker to make it agg/733t/whatever, like cutting bolts, filing bits off etc etc. If it ain't broke, the best thing to do is leave it alone.
