Mario, my response is meant in a good way.
In no way i interpreted your questions as being negative.

Jay, thank you for the kind words (the check is in the mail :D )

The current measurement we use are NPPL size fields (100 x 180ft)
or 30 x 54 m effectively.

Our boundaries are clearly marked, total field size is 33x57m

The field are designed in such way that there are many ways to
achieve victory, with twelve games each day teams have to be
able to bring more than one game plan to the field.
Non-lineair play is something that is fun for the teams but also for
the spectator. You can talk for hours about field design and how
things provoke certain kind of plays.

Personally i don't like the tunnel kind of measurement of the current
field sizes but to achieve an international standard we follow the
NPPL and the MS in this. We will see what will happen with the format
coming next year but one thing is for sure; we will always do things
from a player perspective because that's what we are ;)

Keep in mind that PACE is a project that tries to bring paintball as a
sports format, the way thing are looking now we are on the verge on
creating the first dedicated paintball sports complex in Europe.
Maybe it is not fair to compare ‘’single’’ tournaments to the league as
we are working on it all year long.

Any activity in paintball is good and I'm sure that the organisers in the UK
are trying the best they can. Feedback or suggestions is mostly the most
favourable way to achieve change, voting with your feet is the last option
in my opinion.

At this moment we are assisting 5 countries with advice or help on different
subjects about running a league so if help is appreciated we can be reached
on info@p8ce.com.

anyway it’s time to wash of some dirt, Sunday is around the corner and there
are many things still to do...goodnight and god bless :D
